Alumni visit to Aerospace Discovery Centre

2 April 2026 - Today we had another exciting visit to our centre. 

Our alumni Muhammad Syaiful Abu Bakar and Mr Jet, they came all the way from Selangor to give insights about CATIA 3D Experience, and then later we give them insights about our discoveries here with drones.

And, today is also their first time to fly drone: we then flew our customized drone that built in house.
What a meaningful day. Not only we got a lot of knowledge about the advancement of 3D modelling, we also get to share our know how and provide them the taste of drone in flight.
Everyday is a new day.

Our 1st Open Day as an Aerospace Discovery Centre

28.8.2025 Yes, we have done the 1st Open day for Aerospace Discovery Centre, Universiti Sains Malaysia . We are very excited to see more and more people come in to our facilities here at USM Kampus Kejuruteraan to see, feel, hands on with our full scale and scale aircrafts here at our Hangar School of Aerospace Engineering USM . This is only the beginning, Aerospace Discovery Centre will have more and more open day to the public after this.   This is truly us, the spirit of discovery and get the taste of aerospace in your hand.
