Helicopter Drone @ USM Aerospace Discovery Centre.

We started January 2026 with flight introduction to Ziyyad our aerospace 4th year undergrad, unleashing his journey, now flying our scale size helicopter.

This is our centre are for, we never limit the journey of our students and share our excitements with hands-on and practical experience especially under aerospace engineering.
Helicopter known for its hard to tame and prefer proper setup to be fly stable.
This is his first time to fly this size of helicopter with minimum flight experience with this kind of machine.
Here we go, the story unfold, rotary wing chapter, here we go!

Our 1st Open Day as an Aerospace Discovery Centre

28.8.2025 Yes, we have done the 1st Open day for Aerospace Discovery Centre, Universiti Sains Malaysia . We are very excited to see more and more people come in to our facilities here at USM Kampus Kejuruteraan to see, feel, hands on with our full scale and scale aircrafts here at our Hangar School of Aerospace Engineering USM . This is only the beginning, Aerospace Discovery Centre will have more and more open day to the public after this.   This is truly us, the spirit of discovery and get the taste of aerospace in your hand.
